IRONTWIN can be used in the gym, at work at home and in leisure time. The main feature is the possibility of training both feet at the same time. Being a shoe, you can walk in it, you can use it in your daily routine even while performing other functions.

The purpose of proprioceptive training is to stimulate the nerve endings and receptors involved in the control of muscles, joints and bones. Proprioception is the ability to perceive and recognise the position of the body in space. Training therefore consists of performing exercises that create instability in the subject in order to improve the response to proprioceptive signals from the lower limbs.

Training therefore re-educates reflexes, teaching how to have good control of posture, of the joints involved and therefore of your own body.
